Fujitsu 5.6-in LifeBook U820 Mini Tablet is total a business mini tablet notebook for particular corporate users. This small device comes with every necessary feature that an on-the-go corporate user needs to get from such a small computer: complete GPS navigation, Windows PC functionality with integrated Garmin Mobile PC navigation software, 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, Integrated Bluetooth and optional wireless broadband (coming by Q1 2009) for connectivity, Fingerprint Sensor to enhance security and Integrated Webcam for video conference and 3.5 hours up to 7.5 hours of battery life.

The convertible LifeBook U820 Mini Tablet comes with a very small 5.6" WXGA crystal View touch screen display. The system also utilizes an improved QWERTY keyboard that features an extra set of rows for more comfortable typing and a zoom utility for easier viewing.

The system is powered by Intel Atom Processor Z530 (1.6GHz, 512KB L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB), 1GB of DDR2 memory, and up to 120GB (4200 rpm) HDD or solid state drive up to 64GB.

The basic configuration costs $999 and comes with all the important features I mentioned above. It also utilizes a 60GB HDD spinning at 4200 rpm.

Other features consist of 10/100 Ethernet (with included cable), Secure Digital (SD) Card slot, One Compact Flash (CF) slot, One USB 2.0, One DC In connector, Port Replicator connector (also accommodates external video/LAN cable adapter), One stereo headphone jack , One stereo microphone jack.
