Apple was the pioneer of introducing a new category of extreme slim ultra portable laptops in the market by its MacBook Air. After Apple, other famous companies such as HP, Lenovo, Dell and Samsung have tried to challenge Air with their new extreme slim and portable laptops such as HP’s Voodoo Envy 133, Lenovo ThinkPad X300, Dell Latitude E4200 and Samsung X360.
The y could really challenge Mac Air in terms of design, weight, thickness and features but could they become as popular and well-known laptop as Mac Air?
I think they couldn’t. For instant, Lenovo ThinkPad brand has always been a popular brand in the market, but ThinkPad X300 is not a separate name to stay in mind as MacBook Air does.
Dell Latitude E Series became attractive for consumers from the first days it was leaked into web.
But Latitude E 4200 has not obtained the fame that can stay in mind Like Mac Air.
