iPhone vs BlackBerry: Who is the best?

Apple's iPhone and Research In Motion's (RIM) BlackBerry are the two top smart phones in the market. Over the years, these two companies have been fiercely competing to get the biggest market share. Now, the million dollar question is, which one is the best smart phone in the market? BlackBerry or iPhone? The answer is a very difficult one. Each of the two products has its own strengths and weaknesses. Apple's iPhone is more popular among consumers than BlackBerry. On the contrary, BlackBerry has a solid establishment in the corporate world than Apple.

On February 4, 2009, executives from IBM, F. Hoffmann–La Roche, Ltd., and SAP AG gathered in a press conference to unveil SAP Business Suite 7. In the conference, they executives talked about iPhone and BlackBerry and it was found out that BlackBerry has a better foothold in the corporate world. Jennifer Allerton, CIO, Roche's pharma devision said that they had put e-mail on iPhones and it had a soft keypad. Léo Apotheker, co-CEO, SAP said that his company makes CRM software for both BlackBerry and iPhone but they prefer the former.

In BlackBerry, it is easy to lock down important files, which is preferred by the executives. However, iPhone is not far behind. It is also trying hard to get into the corporate world.
